Marian Catholic High School Students to Host Electronic Recycling Event

Vintage Tech loves to see students passionate about recycling, which is why we want to draw attention to Generation Green, a student-run recycling program at Marian Catholic High School in Chicago Heights, IL. Generation Green is organizing a free electronic recycling event on Saturday, May 11, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the school’s parking lot located at 700 Ashland Avenue, Chicago Heights, Illinois.

This will be the second annual recycling drive Generation Green has hosted. This free event allows the community to recycle a variety of electronics, including computers, microwaves, large household appliances, printers, TV’s, stereo equipment and much more.

Vintage Tech would like to take a moment to applaud Generation Green and its amazing dedication to the environment. We hope that these bright and caring students will continue responsible recycling habits throughout their life. These students are truly an inspiration to us at Vintage Tech, and we encourage those in the Chicago Heights area to come out to the students’ recycling drive.
