      Residents of Bruce and Washington townships can properly dispose of papers and electronics during free events this summer.
       Two electronics recycling and shredding days are scheduled for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bruce Township Hall parking lot on July 30 and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Powell Middle School parking lot on Sept. 30.
       The electronics recycling, hosted by Vintage Tech Recycles, will be available to all area residents at no cost. Items such as televisions and computers will be accepted.
       Shredding services will only be available to residents of either township. Proof of residency is required.
       Both events will be held rain or shine.
